The enrolment process (at a glance)

1. Complete your application form
   Choose the right form above and fill it out carefully.
   
   
2. Prepare your supporting documents
   Have these ready to send with your form:
   
   – Photo ID (International: passport; Domestic: passport or birth certificate)
   – Most recent academic transcripts (in English)
   – English proficiency evidence (if applicable)
   
   
3. Submit your application
   Return form by email: apply@ais.edu.au or in-Person: Level 4, 127 Rundle Mall Adelaide SA 5000 Australia
   
   – Subject line: Application – Domestic/International –(Cambridge or General)
   – File naming tip: Lastname_Firstname_Application.pdf
   – Please send PDFs (not photos/screenshots) where possible.
   
   
4. Application review & interview
   We’ll review your documents and contact you by email to schedule your interview (in‑person or online).
   
   
5. Offer & acceptance
   We’ll email you a Letter of Offer. Review the fees and conditions, then sign and return your acceptance to complete your enrolment.
   
   
6. Confirmation & next steps
   We’ll send your Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) in a separate email, followed by a Welcome email with your start date and orientation details. For international students, the Welcome email is sent once your visa is approved.
