Unless a student is living in Adelaide with a parent, a blood releative, Adelaide International School will place students in Homestay accommodation. Homestay families have chosen to invite international students into their home to host the student for the duration of their study and will make you feel very welcome.

You can be assured that your Homestay family will help you settle into your new life in Adelaide. Homestay families orientate you to local surroundings and cultures while appreciating the need to support customs from your home country.

In your homestay, you will become a part of a family. You will meet new people and have the opportunity to practice your conversational English when you come home from school.

Adelaide International School’s International Student Coordinator will assist you with questions you might have about your Homestay after you arrive in Adelaide.
