On Sunday August 23, a number of our secondary English for Academic Purpose (EAP) students went on an outing. We all enjoyed lunch at San Giorgio Italian restaurant on Rundle Street where the students had the opportunity to practice their speaking skills and enjoy some amazing Italian food. We then left and headed out for some iced chocolate but some of us forgot to pay for our drinks before quickly remembering and running back to pay - we all had a good laugh.
On Saturday, September 5, AIS students we went to the beautiful Glenelg Beach together with some of our former Term 2 students who are now studying at Our Lady of Sacred Heart School (OLSH) and St. Peter's Girls. The burritos and tacos were unforgettable and one of our former students brought a cake to share. We ended up so full we couldn't really walk very far at all on the beach.
On 19th September, we went out again with some students from St. George College, Pulteney Grammar and Wilderness School for a final lunch in the city.
Our students enjoy getting to visit all around South Australia and enjoying Australian life. We look forward to going out again with our students to some interesting new destinations again very soon.
